YAŞLANMA KARŞITI YÜZ MASAJI (Antiaging masaj)
Hello back everyone! I can’t really say I’m back with an amazing mixture. This time I’m back with an anti-aging facial massage! I’m also learning the process so if I use some words in the wrong ways, forgive me! From my past learnings, I know the anatomy of the face, but I’m trying to combine it with facial yoga.
Also, my Instagram followers would probably know my osteopath, Mr. Kadir, who helps me a lot with this. My osteopath Kadir is trying to teach facial yoga to me, he also helps me to get rid of my back pains and have an upright position.
I think I’ve learned the anti-aging massage so I was excited to share it with you. I will be sharing facial massage videos once a month! The way you look, the way you smile will look better with these massages! I hope you will like it and you will see its benefits after applying! First, you need a facial oil, I’m using the oil that I’ve prepared at home.
It consists of 50 ml of rosehip seed oil and 10 drops of immortelle essential oil. This is an anti-aging oil that I already had in hand and that I already use from time to time. It’s a strong moisturizer.
This is my tiny bottle which I decorated myself. First, grab 5-6 drops of this mixture and apply it as usual just like I do. Spread it all around your face. Let’s start with the first move, each move will be repeated 10 times.
This move helps with the lines near the mouth. Now with the second move, place your two fingers below your cheekbones. 1-2-3 This move which is repeated 3 times is counted as one move. This move helps to have a relieve our cheekbones.
By doing such moves, we accelerate our blood circulation, as you can see I got a little red. Accelerated blood circulation gives the anti-aging effect. Now let’s jump to the third move, which will strengthen muscles over this area.
I’m again using two fingers. These moves concern facial muscles that give an anti-aging massage. Place your index finger next to your nose as I do. As you can see I’m using one finger only. The fifth move is about the eye and the eye area muscles.
We have to use 3 fingers. This move is also beneficial for the crow’s feet. Since I’m very new to this facial yoga, I hope I’m explaining it in a clear way. With three fingers, start from your nose, feel your cheekbones and go till your hairline.
Let’s continue with the sixth move. The sixth movement is similar to the previous one, but this time we are massaging the forehead muscles. Same move, three fingers but don’t forget your forehead! While we will start the seventh move, I really feel the heat in my face.
We’re doing a face workout; moving the muscles, accelerating the blood circulation. Again, a move that concerns the eye area. One finger, starting from the middle of your eyebrows. Done with this move.
Let’s continue with the eighth move which also concerns the eye area. 1-2-3. With two fingers, this move helps to get rid of puffiness and dark circles around the eye area. Now we will focus on the crow’s feet and eyebrows area.
Another secret to good looking face is eyebrows. Do you see where I’m exactly applying pressure with my fingers? Now for the tenth move, we use two fingers and we focus on the under eyes only. The next move will be done with one finger only, starting from the middle of the eyebrows, going slowly to the end of the eyebrows.
Make sure to place your fingers on top of your eyebrows, so we can work the muscles around the eyebrow area. Let’s continue with the 12th move; an easy move for the forehead. If you have a line in the middle, this will be very beneficial.
Use your two fingers. For the next move, use your hand. This move helps to uplift the face and prevent saggy skin. In the 14th move, we use the outer area of the hands to facelift the whole face. Now jumping to the last move, I’m doing a move that is perfect for the jawline.
Whoever wants an apparent jawline should do this! Grab your cheek with a hand, place your chin in the middle of two fingers. Repeat 10 times for each side. Finally done with the massage. We did almost 15 different moves.
I’m new at this facial yoga and thanks to you I did a quick facial massage so that I can show it to you! Indeed, your face gets red but this is a move of working muscles and accelerated blood circulation.
There is a fire on my face! However, I’m very sure that this is a very beneficial massage. Otherwise, I wouldn’t put much effort into learning it. Teaching you this will please me too! Give me some time and you’ll see how professional I’ll become on this subject.
