Skincare Routine | Skincare Regime | Shikha Singh Shah

[triumphant music] Hey guys, welcome to 4Wheeler Scooter and today is day 11 of our monthly challenge Today we’re going to talk about skin care routine So I am going to show you guys what all you can do to get a glowing and flawless skin So there are two things you can do to improve the quality of your skin And I’m going to share that secret with you So you have to feel good internally and do things that make you feel good which improves your skin What are those things? Let’s talk about that So what is it that you can do to improve the quality of your skin and make it glowingly better Before I share that secret, subscribe to 4Wheeler Scooter and hit the bell icon to get notified when a new video comes out.

It is very very important So let me tell you what all I do in my skincare routine The most important things are what all you can do internally to improve the quality of your skin 1st point is, stay happy.

Be happy. Because happiness can been seen on your face as it glows And you are going to look beautiful Secondly, drink a good amount of water, as much as you can, everyday! That is going to help for a good quality of skin for sure About 8 glasses of water everyday Third is exercise.

Exercise is very important because when you exercise your body releases the feel good hormones and your skin starts glowing Number four is to eat healthy food. Healthy food is important. What is health food? Try eating from home as much as possible Lentils, vegetables, Indian flat bread or even the rice that you are used to at home Try avoiding junk food or every oily, deep fried food as it increases the chances of getting acne No coming to the fifth point.

If you want to look younger than your age Like a younger version of yourself then completely avoid refined sugar Or reduce it as a higher intake of sugar increases inflammation in your body You start looking older.

Avoid having lots of coffee and products made from refined flour. Dairy does not suit some people All this makes an impact on your skin and body And these days, a lot of people are going vegan as well.

You can try it as well Sports stars like Virat Kohli is also vegan. You can see how fit he is Point no 6 is sleep! It is very important to get 6-8 hours of sleep everyday to rejuvenate your mind, body and of course it also improves the quality of your skin and you will remain active for the entire day Now we will talk about what you can do externally to improve the quality of your skin and feel beautiful! Firstly, do not take stress by comparing your skin or skin routine with someone else and try to replicate it What works for someone may not work for you But whatever it is, you are beautiful in your own accord So believe in yourself and there are little little things that you can do to improve the quality of your skin to look even better Since I am an actor, we have to put huge amounts of make-up everyday.

If you also apply a lot of make-up, or you perspire a lot due to house work; so let me tell you in the night, please remove all your make-up or use a face wash to clean your face before going to bed Remove your make-up before you sleep During the summers, especially when you perspire during the day, wash your face atleast 2-3 times So which face wash should you use? Well that depends on your skin type Use a face wash that suits your skin type, eg – normal, dry, oily skin What suits me may not suit you So please consult a dermatologist or check over the counter which face wash suits your skin type So wash your face atleast 2-3 times in a day Secondly, I use toner, toner without alcohol but if you do not have toner Toner with alcohol is too harsh for your skin but you can also use rose water as a substitute You can apply it and you will feel beautiful after that The third step after that, after it settles down is to apply sun screen lotion The biggest myth is that you do not need to apply sun screen lotion when you are at home It does not matter if you’re at home or outside, sun screen lotion has to be applied in either case And if your skin is too dry, you can also apply moisturising lotion I generally used water based but if your skin is too dry, you can use cream based as well Another important thing with sunscreen lotion is that Do not immediately step out of the house after applying sun screen lotion.

Wait for atleast 15 mins If no one else has told you this, let me be the first one Now next thing after that. I have now told you the skin care routine during daytime Now what do I do in the night? I wash my face with water and then apply face wash which is a cleanser basically very mild one then I apply rose water after which I do not apply anything else I just go to bed It is very very simple and very important that to avoid creams that contain excessive chemicals that may be harmful So this was my skin care routine, hope you guys liked it I had also made a video on simple make-up in 5 mins So be you, be beautiful.

Do not chase after fair skin You are beautiful just the way you are. Use these simple things at home And if you feel like doing a face scrub, here is an extra tip Take gram flour, mix it with milk or cream and gently apply it on your face Once in a while, it does wonders And my mother used to tell me that when her mother used to apply this on her hands, it used to remove the hair as well Imagine, cheapest waxing ever!!!
