I said okay I could do that, in the comment below section But honestly, if I use the exact definition of the term “freeze the youth” That would be to freeze the age, and that’s something I really don’t want to do it I think it’s a great blessing to be able to grow day after day, year after year I am looking forward to my growth There may be changes in my appearance, body, even my inner world It may look old on the outside but I think you can still be pretty If you really want me to share some living habits with you guys I would say how to make yourself healthier I believe being healthy is the most important thing And this kind of health is more than just looking healthy Because some look healthy due to their genes and DNA The health I’m talking about is mental health and physical health The cleanliness of the body and the health of your new mind Alright, the first one is The most important thing is never feel you are old this mindset is very important Some people are 40 years old but they seem to be 70 years old Some people are 70 years old, but they seem to be in their 40s, 50s or 60s So your status have a lot to do with your thoughts You should think forward.
As long as you still feel that you are capable and young It’s just the body getting old, but there is still a fire in your heart Then you can stay healthy, have good energy and look young There is one more important thing Honestly, no one can escape from aging It’s not brain degeneration; I meant aging Every minute, every second, every day, we are slowly aging This is the second point, being young doesn’t mean you are invincible When you are young, you eat whatever you want; do something bad for your body; stay up late; push your body to the limit I see lots of young people think that is okay.

It should be fine But it is accumulated day by day then suddenly you’ll realize that you are a lot older So don’t let yourself do this You must cherish your body and mind when you are young To make and get used to some disciplines Never let the outside influences you Everyone has their own thoughts.
Don’t let them affect you, but keep a healthy mind for yourself Or keep your nature of being, don’t let others change you Some people eat hamburgers and instant noodles every day, don’t follow them without thinking You can choose as you are an independent person God created you to be uniqued so you don’t need to follow anyone As long as you know what your nature is like, you feel good and you follow your heart The other living habit of mine is I like ginger very much Turmeric ginger or the ginger used for cooking.
I like them very much Of course, do not use it during menstrual period, as it helps blood circulation I like to have a footbath with ginger water I have been doing this for a few years and I think it is great.
It helps you to sleep better, to improves your immunity, to help you blood circulation At the beginning, I would cut it, squeeze it and let the juice come out Then I boiled water with the gingers. and let it sit for 1 to 2 hours.
And I used the water to soak my feet But then I don’t have much time for that, Later I used ginger powder and then ginger essential oil Then take this kind of bucket and it depends on personal preference Some like to soak up to the ankle level, but I like to make it higher I soak my feet for around 10 minutes with one drop of ginger essential oil.
1 drop, or 2 drops or 3 drops Don’t put too much otherwise your body will feel extremely hot It can also help you to detoxify and sweat while having a footbath I think it is a good thing to do as it makes me stronger Then the other habit, let me think about what it is Ah, it is healthy eating I truly believe, like a car, you fill up with gas, or plants, you should give them enough nutrition So what you eat is very important You are what you eat You eat garbage, you would be kind of look like garbage, or eventually look like garbage But if you eat things that are good for your body, you will look good and feel good For food, I rarely eat meat, I didn’t eat any meat for a 1 or 2 years in the past Because meat…not even for meat In fact, vegetables, meat and all the things we eat have been slowly changed by human beings I think you got what I meant.
For example, people use preservatives and pesticides to mass produce more food But maybe the food is poisoned, and it makes the food less healthy Back in my mom’s generation, I think they did not have much choice in food Even if they ate sweet potatoes or something else, they dug them out in the field Those food had less hormones, so they wouldn’t cause inflammation and they were healthy Their poor health condition came from other factors But in this modern world, we have many opportunities and choices.
But many of these choices have deteriorated So when we have these foods, we’re not getting the optimal nutrients If you can, and I know they are expensive If you can grow your own food or try to choose some organic foods Although some organic foods are not 100% organic, because there are some changes in the society But they are still better than the foods with sprayed pesticides and hormones I try to eat more vegetables, nuts, seeds, and natural food Since they have a lot of nutrients, vitamins, minerals, enzyme and everything else After being a vegetarian for a year, I realized my mind is clearer and my skin condition is better What was I going to say? The other thing that I like is green tea I love drinking green tea very much I have tea bag here just now, but I guess it is not here, it’s okay I love drinking green tea as it is an antioxidant drink It is also antiviral.
For this pandemic period, it can help improve immunity Antioxidant can make you feel good, relaxed, boost up your immunity Good for your skin, good for your everything. It’s good for your brain So drinking tea is what I normally do Many seniors say that green tea is cold-natured For me, I thought the benefits were more than I expected And I love it.
Plus, I always have a footbath with ginger water, so I think it should be okay If not. Stress will cause inflammation and toxins The cleaner your body is, the less inflammation and toxins you have Your organs will be better to do what they are supposed to do, not focus on getting rid of toxins They can focus on your real organs, like eyes, skin, liver, kidneys, to function at their most optimal state But if they are busy trying to fight your stress, heal your stress, that does cause you sick another way then you are depleting daily or by hours So it’s important that take away your stress in any way you can We city people tend to overcomplicate things We make our lives so full of stuff that we get so stress out because our time is given to so different things If you can try to live back in a basic form which we don’t actually need anything but our loved ones by our side It’s actually healthier So how would you reduce your stress? It only take you 5 to 10 minutes to clear your mind Or you can prioritize the things and write it on a list I know sometimes you are busy. How do you reduce stress? Exercise? These things may seem simple, but they’re actually hard to do I just want to say stress is the biggest killer, in my eyes, in my thoughts So I am also learning how to reduce stress Because as a mother, a daughter, a wife, as myself having my own career and everything, there are a lot to do So we need to prioritize and there are things we can’t do it, we have to take it off from the list What else? You age really quickly You body is aging, but not you. Your inside is still smart and eye-catching There are still lots of things out there you can do, you keep your body in movement Do things. Go out for walk, go out and garden, go out to sweeping leaves, clean up your house.
