La Roche Posay Morning Anti Aging Routine – Dermo Cleanser, Hyaluronic Acid, Shaka Ultra-Light Fluid

hi my name is vanessa van dijk and in this video i’m going to show you a simple am skincare routine using the large per se products and you can see what the routine looks like it is pretty straightforward and this routine also targets only signs of aging such as fine lines it also targets dehydration and loss of plumness and i’m going through it step by step so that you can also follow it at home so as you just saw step number one is always washing your face with a suitable cleanser in this video i’m going to use the large pose tolerant edema cleanser now make sure that you’re reading the directions of your cleanser so that you’re making sure that you’re also using it the correct way since sometimes a cleanser needs to be applied on dry skin and other ones on wet skin with this one it’s your preference you can also use it on dry skin and remove it with a pet but you also can apply it on dry skin and then rinse it with water so i’m going to use a technique with water but at first i’m going to take a small amount and then message it down to the skin so and now you can also decide whether you want to take it off with a cloth and that’s basically it or if you want to also rinse it off with water that’s totally fine as well so i’m just going to splash some water onto my face and then rinse it off if you want to use it between a fresh cloth which you’re going to wet to also remove the cleanser then that’s fine too just make sure that you’re also using the technique that works the best for you now grab a fresh toilet and pat the skin dry now you can immediately move on to the large prose halonic acid plus b5 application and go ahead and use about one to three drops for the entire face and neck area then use it between your hands and gently apply it all over your face and neck now if you want to use the hyaluronic acid only on specific areas such as for example your neck or only on a specific area on your face then that’s fine too you don’t have to use it all over your face and neck area this of course depends also on your skin needs and once you have applied it you are going to leave it on the skin there’s no need to wash it off and when being exposed to the sun the last step is always applying a sunscreen so to use the sunscreen correctly for the entire face and neck area use around one teaspoon of sunscreen if you only want to use it on your face and you’re covered on your neck area when being also exposed to the sun then you can also go with around a half spoon of sunscreen just make sure that you’re going to use a sunscreen wherever your skin is being exposed to the sun so that you also can protect it so around this much for the entire face and neck and also don’t forget to apply the sunscreen to your ears neck area and also behind where the sun can also hit your skin so when applying the sunscreen please make sure that you’re also going to apply it around 30 minutes before you’re being exposed to the sun so it also has time to set and sink into the skin tool to protect the skin now if you are also mentioned under my recent video his name is manuel gonzalez and he also mentions that you should apply the sunscreen on your eyelids and also underneath your eyes well you can also apply sunscreen on top of your eyelids just make sure that you’re choosing a sunscreen that won’t sting your eyes because when you’re sweating during the day and you’re being exposed to the sun and the sunscreen runs into your eyes it can sting so that you also have to immediately rinse it with water but if you have a sunscreen that you also really like that doesn’t sting the eyes and of course you can also apply it on top of the eyes however i personally like to also wear sunglasses because i don’t like to also just look directly into the sun that’s something that i can’t stand and also prefer to avoid the sun as much as i can so if you are what a type of person that likes to do sunbathing then definitely go ahead when you’re not wearing sunglasses to also use it on your eyelids so that you can also protect them as well now the sunscreen is always your last step in your skincare routine of course you’re going to leave it on the skin when being exposed to the sun don’t forget to also reapply it during the day and this is how simple this am skincare routine is when using the large process hyaluronic acid zero i also do hope that you enjoyed this video and if you did so don’t forget to give the thumbs up as well i share it and i will see you soon in the next one bye you
