i did some shopping what’s up you guys welcome back to my channel for those that are new here hi my name is rochelle and i like to make thrifting and fashion videos along with a little bit of beauty and just sharing my life with you guys over here on my little corner of the internet for today’s video i’m doing a collective haul this has things that i have purchased over like the last month or two months or so and then a few things that people have sent me in pr to show you guys and test out for you guys so i figure i will go over the things that people have sent me at the beginning of the video and then i’ll show you guys everything else that i have purchased i love fashion and beauty so a lot of this stuff is clothing beauty products and skincare products and girly stuff like that so yeah if you guys want to see everything that i purchased recently let’s go ahead and get right on into it sorry if you guys can hear my pug snoring in the background i’ve got a pug and she’s snorky she feels the need to insert herself into the channel whenever she gets a chance yeah she’s very vocal do you want to be on the show she’s not even sleeping you guys her eyes are like straight awake and like she’s just snoring so i don’t understand that’s her face sorry her face is first thing i’m so excited about it actually arrived today just in time for this video um this brand actually reached out to me on instagram and said that they watch my youtube videos and we’re wondering if they could send me a perfume you guys know that i absolutely love perfumes over the last few years i’ve really gotten into it before i’d only have like one or two but i think within the last like two to three years i have accumulated a small perfume collection and i love it i love my perfumes i feel like i have different scents for different moods or different seasons and i don’t know they’re just fun to collect and i love them so when they reach out to me i checked out their instagram and i would say like 90 of the time people reach out to me i’m not really interested in their products or like it’s just not something that i feel like would fit like me or my channel or things that i like and want to show you guys like most of the time i say no or i just like ignore them to be honest i feel bad to say that but checked out their instagram and it was beautiful i love their packaging aesthetic everything about their like brand just seemed so nice it was honestly difficult for me to choose which perfume i wanted from them because they had like i wrote down five or six different ones and i had to like choose just one and i wanted to get the one that i felt like sounded the best um so i ended up picking up this one all of their perfumes look like they are numbered and then they have the notes on the side and all of the notes oh my god like i swear i wanted i think like six of their perfumes it’s from this brand right here i don’t speak french so i don’t want to butcher it i got this scent number 301 and that is amber cardamom and sandalwood here is the fragrance right here so nice such a big bottle too like this sometimes i feel like perfumes they just give you kind of like a small bottle but this is a substantial bottle i’ve already opened this and sprayed it earlier today i sprayed it for myself and forever to see if he liked it but i’ll spray it again because i changed my shirt but i would say that this one is yeah i definitely spell smell the like amber it’s like a um spicy warm smell like spicy warm it reminds me of like a cabin inside with a bonfire and like you have something slightly sweet maybe like baking in the oven thank you so much for sending me this over i absolutely love it i’ll definitely be wearing this for like the winter it kind of smells like a winter scent to me and it smells so good i also ended up getting this in pr this is a super cute oh my god i love this i’m so excited to wear it i have been waiting to wear this until after i showed you guys um but it is like a yoga sports bra you guys know i always talk about these sports bras that are a little bit longer i like to wear them as crop tops because i’m short and i feel like it looks like a crop top even though it’s like a longer yoga sports bra right here this one is in this gorgeous nude color which is so hard for me to find when i’m shopping like i feel like they don’t make these like nudes as often as they should and this is from the brand thrive society it feels like such good quality like it’s a thicker material and very stretchy and i can just tell that this is going to be so nice to have it does have the elastic waistband at the bottom there too and it’s just so cute i love the color and i feel like it’s going to be great even under like a shirt like this if i wanted to wear this like open and not buttoned up with a little crop top underneath just like paired over it with flannels all sorts of things just like sporty little outfits or if you work out um yeah and the price of these actually aren’t that bad either it is 39 for this little top and i’m pretty sure they have the matching like yoga pants if you wanted to also get a matching set so thank you thrive society for sending me that over to try i absolutely love it and i’m excited to wear it for the rest of fall lay out underneath other things and then this is the other thing that i got in pr it is from clarence clarence did send me this over and it is a velvet lip liquid lipstick velvet lip perfector so i think it’s like a matte liquid lipstick i also haven’t tried this either but it says that it has a velvety matte color and a creamy texture i don’t normally like really really really matte things because they dry out my lips but since it had a creamy texture figured i’d give it a try so the first impressions you guys i like that it’s a kind of like a nude color very interesting texture it’s very smooth and buttery it definitely does feel like soft buttery and matte almost like a cream i would call it like a cream to powder finish i love this color so much i feel like i like a cool toned nude it’s not too light but it’s also not too dark i feel like it’s very neutral looking i did some shopping i try not to shop too much for clothes at normal retailers because you guys know i’m a huge thrifter and i try to get like 95 of my clothes thrifted because i’m all about that secondhand life um but i did end up buying two things new so i’ll show you those two items first i saw these people on instagram it’s a small business owner like i think it’s just like one girl and she’s called home cooked karma and she makes velvet bell bottoms you guys i love them so much i actually haven’t worn them yet and they are so funky and fun you guys know i’ve really been into all that like 70s kind of style lately and i just thought they were really really cute and the perfect color for the fall time i did order them like kind of in the middle of covid i’ve had them for maybe like a month now um and the girl did have it was like a long time for them to ship i was a little disappointed because she didn’t reach out to me to let me know after a month that like she hasn’t even started on making them like i wish she kind of would have like been like hey i’m sorry like i’m not getting the stuff on time because of covid so i actually ended up emailing her after a month and being like yeah have you shipped anything like what’s going on and she told me that she couldn’t get the supplies that she normally does because of covid so then i was like more patient and just waited for them to come and they eventually did it took quite a while i think it probably took like two months since when i ordered them to actually get them hopefully now she’s back to normal but i understand it’s just like just her she said making them they make all sorts of different colors there’s like a really fun funky like pistachio green that looked so cool but i went with the yellow and i don’t know i like these little stretchy pants they’re very comfortable and cute so i’m excited to wear that with a graphic tee i’ll link her instagram down below and i felt totally fine buying something from her since she’s like you know it’s a small business so i caved and bought these free people pants at tj maxx at least it wasn’t full price but they’re kind of similar to those pants they are a flare leg pant they’re like a crochet lace crochet doily material they have a super cute little like tie up detail right here i think that these originate at these these normally cost 250 on free people’s website but i would never pay 250 for something like this that’s insane but i saw them at tj maxx and so i swooped it up and i just think they’re so cute they’re so fun and funky i feel like they’d be really cute for a photo shoot they are kind of summery but i don’t care i just couldn’t live without them and they had my size so i got them and hopefully they don’t make me look like i’m wearing a diaper because when i hang them hold them up right here it kind of looks a little like diapery but i love them they’re so fun i want to do a photo shoot apparently i got two more things when i was at tj maxx that i forgot about so confessions of a shopaholic i got this little tube top right here this little undershirt and i also found these little american eagle plaid flowy pants they’re kind of like of a capri length um but i love plaid and i love that brown color and they looked comfortable ooh they’d look good with the thrive society top they’re kind of like they have the same color of like nudes in there you know so that might be cute with something over the top maybe like a jean jacket over the top and i did do some second-hand shopping at a store called crossroads um i found these really fun jeans i’ve never heard of these jeans before they’re called collusion denim i love me some denim so yeah they’re just a pair of who’s that oh it’s the receipt i couldn’t try them on in store because they don’t have dressing room open have you guys ever heard of this brand i have not so maybe i’ll look it up really fast because who knows it might be something they might be nothing but i’d never heard of them before so and then i got two other little things they had a sale on these little pants they were half off so they’re only four dollars i got a pair of dark gray charcoal gray snake print high rise leggings these are from h m and then i got this this is fun i haven’t tried it on either hopefully it looks cute i couldn’t try it on the dressing room is from uniqlo which i don’t buy often honestly but um i liked this so maybe i’ll wear it tomorrow to see my girlfriends it’s like a midi length fuzzy eyelash knit it’s like a sweater material but it’s like a spaghetti strap top i mean a spaghetti strap dress and yeah it’s like midi length or maybe like knee length i love that color it’s kind of just like a mousy light brown and i would probably wear this with like a long uh chunky duster cardigan over the top i forgot about this i did get this in pr this is from hemps the skincare line i love hemp lotion like absolutely love them i always re-buy hemp lotion personally i just like the like original hemp’s flavor i feel like it smells so good and like it’s so i don’t know it’s like one of my favorite body lotions whenever i buy other body lotions other than the opi what’s that called opi juice i like hemps a lot that and my opi juice lotions imps sent me over this cute little care package right here um just has a bunch of cbd skincare and i haven’t tried out many of these things there are a few things i have tried out but for the most part i haven’t um they gave me a tote thank you for the tote they gave me this hydrating facial moisturizer this has spf 30 so it’d be great for your daytime moisturizer hello it looks like that it’s like cute it’s in the regular hamps little bottle but this one’s just like a mini and i feel like that’s a lot of lotion face lotion that would last me like a year this refresh me hydrating facial toner and refresher i feel like it’s just kind of like a facial spray kind of thing um but it does have cbd in it as well also really large that would take me quite a while to go through these would be really great like summer products hemps lip service um conditioner it’s kind of like just like a little lip oil something nice to just throw in your purse or something like that maybe your bedside table eye candy revitalizing eye cream which has a very interesting little like squishy thing sculptor so you don’t have to like put it on your finger you can kind of just squeeze it out onto your eye which is really cool and then they gave me this this is the hydrating facial serum this is the only thing that i feel like it’s really small it’s very liquidy so i feel like you’ll kind of go through this really quickly um so that was the only thing that i was kind of like oh like this looks like a sample size to me or just not a full-size product because i just feel like it’s gonna go through it really quick exfoliating facial scrub right there and a facial cleanser which is like a foaming one so that might be good for more um people with oily skin i think it’s better to use more of like a foaming facial cleanser and then people with dry skin if you better to use a creamier one you guys can get these at ulta and they all retail between 15 to 30 dollars okay guys and then the last stuff i got was a few more beauty products sucker i got this stila glitter and glow little eye shadow thing i love these so much this one is black with like silver glitter all over it this was a dollar on clearance so i had to get it late night dark smokey eye wow it’s so pretty i love it i haven’t tried it out yet but yeah it was only a dollar so update on the lip still feeling creamy i have received two boxy charms in the last two months um this one i think was two months ago or maybe this one was this month they gave me the sol de janeiro brazilian lip stuff it’s like a lip butter and then they also gave me a dose of colors meteor hue full coverage concealer i really like dose of colors products in general i don’t know why i just closed that um so i’m so excited to use this because i’ve actually heard that it’s really good a lot of the colors were already claimed um when i went to go choose my shade on boxy charms i’m so excited to use this i’ll probably try it out tomorrow i got some little eye brushes they are the luxy brushes i’m pretty sure which i always have pretty good luck with nice little set right there and then they gave us an eye palette or is this a face palette oh it’s an eye palette it’s from booty bakery breakfast in bed eyeshadow palette i’m excited to use this one because it’s cool tones i feel like a lot of eyeshadow palettes are neutral to warm tones and they don’t give us very many cool tones so i’m so excited because this one is cool toned and it looks so pretty it’s pretty dark though i wish they gave us a bit more of like light colors because these are all very like vampy but might be nice for winter time i guess and then they gave us two little lip liners from ace beauty a red and a brown i’m considering cancelling my boxy charm because i’ve had it for so long and i have too much makeup and that’s the show so i’ve been doing this girl has so much makeup like she would love to buy makeup but there’s literally nothing left i get bored of my old makeup i want new stuff but okay and then i have one more boxycharm and i think that’s it after that so if you guys don’t care about makeup you can just click out now ooh this is exciting i got this kate somerville i think this is an ah a exfoliant it’s an expensive product it’s an intense exfoliating treatment um so i’m assuming it’s an aha or something of the sorts i would never spend my actual money on something like this so it’s exciting to get this in oh i thought it was gonna be a serum but it looks like it’s a wet face massage in circular motion for 30 seconds leave on for two minutes and then rinse and pat dry interesting it’s maybe like a more creamier product very cool and i got this triseq summer glow mini essential set it’s like little crayons has some shimmers and yeah just like a little cream thing i got this hip dot eyeshadow palette i think it is um pressed pigment palette it says it i love the cover of this like oh my gosh what a vibe i really want to learn how to do that what’s it called like um it’s called like a a dirty pore or like flip cup a dirty pore or something like that uh it’s so pretty it’s like pinks purples reds so pretty it’s gorgeous colors it looks like a sunset i just don’t really wear those kind of colors on my eyes personally last thing i ordered this zoeva zoeva palette now this is kind of my kind of eyeshadow palettes right here i’ll show you boom look at that that’s what i’ve been liking these days light brown neutral matte shades i feel like i’ve been really getting into like all matte colored eyeshadows recently and i don’t know i feel like i’ve only been doing shimmery eyeshadows if i like have something fun to do or like something fancy and to be honest i haven’t been doing anything fun or fancy i’ve only dressed up to go out like once to dinner recently and that’s about it other than that i’ve been keeping it low-key all right guys i’m sick of hearing myself talk so i’m gonna go i love you guys and i hope you guys enjoyed and i’ll see you guys in my
