let’s start. This is the first exercise. Inhale through your nose and exhale through your mouth to centralize your facial parts. Spread the facial parts out while inhaling through your nose. Please take a break.
Repeat this several times. Inhale through your nose and exhale through your mouth to work on the muscles of your entire face. Spread your facial muscles. Please relax. Take a breath and touch your nose more.

Put both lips inside and attach to lift the corners of the mouth. Please laughing towards the temporal muscle from the mouth. Use the muscles around your cheeks to tighten. When the area around your cheeks is tightened, your skin will rise.
Do this as your skin will become firmer and your skin will look better. Do not forget to breathe through your nose at this time. If you put your finger on the corner of your mouth like I do, your face will try to lift your skin even more.
So I recommend putting your finger on the corner of the mouth. Everyone, please relax your shoulders. Relax everything around your cheeks and do your best for 10 seconds. This works pretty well. My face is warm.
Next is the third exercise. First, open your mouth comfortably and relax your face. Gradually lift the cheeks while showing the upper cheeks as a whole. This is the same muscle as before. When it stabilizes, insert the lower lip inside.
At this time, your chin will be easily pulled down by the force from your cheeks. The point is to lift your cheeks against it. We use the same muscles as before. At this time, the corners of the mouth tend to drop, so please raise it properly.
Now my cheeks are up. If your cheeks are stiff when you touch them with your fingers, it is proof that they are acting on your muscles. Please check while touching with your finger. Please do your best for another 10 seconds.
Now put a lot of air in your mouth. Bring all the air up and keep it in the image of a balloon. Ideally, your cheeks should be free of sagging and nasolabial folds. The point is to add stimulation from the inside.
Stimulate the muscles around the mouth and cheeks by applying air pressure from the inside. Now it’s 30 seconds. Please move the air to the bottom. This has an effect on the lower cheeks, mouth and chin.
Gradually the air returns to the top. Hold the upper part with your finger like I am now and keep the air from rising. Please do this for another 10 seconds. This has been quite effective, how is it? Now exercise on the right and left of your face.
Put air in your cheeks and bring air to your left. Hold your right cheek with your hand to prevent air from returning. Apply stimulation from the inside to the extent that the left nasolabial fold and sagging cheeks disappear.
If you feel hard, take a break whenever you feel. Do the other side when it reaches 30 seconds. Do the same on the other side. Hold your left cheek with your left hand and bring the air to the right. Stimulate your face to look like a balloon.
If you want to challenge yourself, you can take your hand off, so please do your best. My cheeks are pretty hot. This promotes blood circulation and cleanses the skin. Now it’s step 6. Place both palms on your temporal muscle and lift.
Lower your mouth like an octopus. Pull up and down to stimulate your cheeks and skin. At this time, do not forget to breathe through your nose. The point is to pull both cheeks evenly so that only one cheek does not go down.

The point is to do this with all your might. Take a breath and stick out your tongue. When doing this, the line of sight can be either front or diagonally above. This has an effect on the entire face and around the tongue.
Exhale with the image of exhaling everything from the internal organs. Please be careful after eating. It has a detoxifying effect by stimulating the internal organs using the muscles of the tongue. This will make your skin beautiful.
