Face Yoga for Anti-Aging & Instant Glow!
hi baby here here’s an anti-aging or I
like to say rocking your age meditation
and movement practice so it’s yoga in
your face now it really works I’m 85
years old and look at me now I’m 45 but
using faith yoga techniques daily for
just a couple of minutes a day even if
that has helped me to look and feel as
useful and vital as I can so this is a
wonderful practice to improve muscle
tone circulation and detox of the face
just like the rest of the body in yoga
so you can come to sit anywhere you can
even do this while walking or at the
office if you don’t mind people thinking
you’re a little strange alright
but you’ll look amazing so you just sit
here find your breath through the nose
nice and easy
we’ll move the face in different ways to
really activate a lot of the muscles
here inhale open your mouth really wide
you have to look like that exhale and
stick your tongue out you want to
stretch and work all of it
inhale open the mouth exhale ah good
let’s add the lion inhale open up exhale
and one more time inhale stretch it out
now I know we’re told don’t move your
face or set your face or you’ll get
wrinkles well guess what you’ll get
wrinkles anyway but this way you do
stretch out the muscles and you can help
your body put more collagen in the face
and detoxify you and get a lot of
cleansing limp and blood flow around the
area so I wanted to move it today and
touch it now keep your fingertips and
start to massage underneath your eyes
bring more blood flow there it’s a
sensitive area but we’re smelling there
a lot so I want you to really stretch
out the tissues and hydrate them really
well so a lot of good pressure here move
to the cheeks now same thing and then
down low in the lower cheeks and the
side of the jaw give yourself a little
massage there fulfillment
let’s keep them eyes yoga so inhale here
on your exhale pick the tongue out and
look upward good inhale the tongue out
and look down inhale look over to one
side
inhale other side and then begin to just
roll the eyes around hard to do that
baby without the head rolling around to
us okay if it happens but roll in
circles one way and then the other way
all around the periphery stretch out
area outside and inside of the eyes all
right come back to Center and last move
here I want you to put your hands on
your face like this and just give
yourself a nice little shake a nice
massage up to the forehead move your
mouse around bring the fingertips
everywhere then one more deep breath in
here six of time one more time move out
through our jaw around neck around give
you some best massage massage down here
and just allow your body to freshen up
to rejuvenate and now you’ve done it
over practice for your face all right
you can keep doing it for another minute
or so or go on with your merry day
looking and feeling glowing and lovely
