Esthetician’s Morning Skin Care Routine | At Home Facial | Clear Skin 2020
good morning sug we’re gonna go ahead and get started i’m lighting an incense to set my intention for the day i’m a huge believer in the law of attraction and getting your mindset ready and that’s how i love to start my day so now you’re going to see me use some hand soap you know i always wash my hands before i touch my face it’s super important it’s a step that a lot of people miss first up i’m going to go ahead and ice my face i love icing my face one because i’m very puffy in the morning also because it really helps if there’s any inflammation breakouts that i’m having right now that this can kind of help to let the swelling go down before we go into our next step so you’ll see me rub the ice in and it feels good and i promise you if i wasn’t awake then i’m awake now then i’m gonna go in with my fresh soy face cleanser i love this cleanser it’s very gentle if you watch my nighttime skin routine you will see me using the same cleanser it’s been my go-to for the past couple months definitely one of my favorite cleansers for 2020.
speaking of which if you guys are interested i would love to make a favorites video for all the products that i like this year for 2020 so if you’re interested in that give this video a thumbs up but i’m gonna make sure that i’m cleansing especially well around my eyes i like to use eye creams in the evening and if we don’t cleanse our eyes or around our eye area as well as we’re supposed to that’s when i start to see a lot of my clients get milia or the little white bumps around your eye not as glamorous as a neutrogena commercial so now i’m going to go in with my pumpkin enzyme mask i don’t use an enzyme every morning but this is my favorite way of exfoliating if it’s gonna be for the morning it smells amazing it smells like paddy’s pie okay this is also a black owned business and i am very much so into their skincare line so you’re going to feel some tingling i love enzymes because it’s an exfoliant without scratching your face also we’re not using any ahas or bhas or any skin sensitizing ingredients that won’t be bothered by sunlight or uv rays so if i’m going to exfoliate in the morning this is what i’m going to use make sure you get your neck boo so part of your face and we wipe it off next we’re gonna go in with our fresh rose deep hydration toner now honestly this toner doesn’t have too many benefits besides i like the way it feels i like the way it smells there is a little bit of hydration that is added from this toner however once again not looking to put any extra exfoliants or anything else on my skin just a nice toner to bring our ph back down or up rather i’m so extra look at this yikes so next we’re going to go in with the antioxidant goji mask from s the max now this isn’t something i do every morning but i do like to wake up a little bit early just so i have enough time so i’m not rushing my skincare in the morning my mornings are very important to me i believe they set the tone for my day so sometimes i’ll go ahead and put my antioxidant goji mask on you’ll see me use all the things here and we’ll put that one cup of water in there and then we’ll mix it up after i apply this mask i really like to go ahead and eat my breakfast i’m an old bitty so you will probably catch me eating some oatmeal i didn’t show it in this video antioxidant products are great for starting the day off they help to fight free radicals and what free radicals are are these incomplete molecules that are out in our everyday environment that love to go and feast on your skin trying to complete its molecule and so they wreak havoc on on our skin as far as the elasticity and the buoyancy of it and whatnot that’s kind of my best way to describe it um it’s just protection for your skin fighting free radical damage is amazing it helps with anti-aging and honestly i love the way this thing smells so i’m gonna let you enjoy me applying it and what you’ll see me do now is i’m going around the edges just to make it a little bit thicker pro tip you guys can find this mask in the link below but if you really do want to grab this mask you want to always make sure that edges are thicker otherwise it can make it a little bit hard to pull it off and no one wants to go through all that so just make sure you make it thick okay so 10 minutes has passed please do not mind the door being open um i have my little beach cart because i live on the third floor you guys and i have to bring all of my things up the spa laundry the groceries all the things so please don’t mind my little beach cart in my little dirty kitchen because i need to clean it up some but you’ll see me go ahead and peel this off it doesn’t hurt because it is a jelly based mask it’s not a peel-off mask which i know it’s a little confusing but you’ll see me go ahead and just remove it i’m getting the last couple pieces off and there we are so next i’m going to be using my inky list caffeine eye cream now i love caffeine eye creams they just make the under eye area just appear a little bit brighter and more awake and so i’m just going to go ahead and dab that on don’t forget the top of your eyelid as well i think people forget that that’s a part of your eye area too boo next i’m going to be using my skin script cactine balancing moisturizer you guys i love this moisturizer and i get the big size because some days i even use it all over my body there’s very few i don’t know what i was looking at there was very few different moisturizers that i really enjoy for my body i’m sorry what was i looking at but this one is really great i’m more of a oily combo skin type so it’s wonderful for me don’t feel greasy or anything honey just hydrated and lastly we’re going to top it off with unseen screen this is my favorite sunscreen i just got a new one this is the anniversary version because i used up my other one i love this one because it is clear honey so you don’t have to worry about being casket ready for all my darker skin beauties okay because i think that’s a big hindrance for a lot of people if you put the sunscreen on you look like you about to go into the hole in the ground and that’s not cute that is not cute so i love this also can double as
