Anti-Aging Ingredient Spotlight | Favorite Vitamin C Skincare Products
hey guys and welcome back to my channel thank you all so much for hanging out with me so today’s video we’re going to talk all about vitamin c now there is a couple different ingredients for anti-aging that i always talk about that you really really want to be using in your skincare routine if you’re serious about anti-aging there are some must have ingredients and today we’re going to do a little like ingredient spotlight on vitamin c and i’m going to share with you guys my absolute tried and true favorite vitamin c products that are going to really give your skin those amazing anti-aging results so we’re going to get into it like i said i have a couple different options here of different vitamin c’s if you want to see what some of my must-have amazing vitamin c products are that like i said will give you results then keep on watching okay we’re gonna start out with this one right here i’ve talked about this for years i actually just showed how i use it in my latest am skincare routine it’s the osmosis catalyst ac 11.
this is the dna repair c serum this does so much this is a vitamin c this is an l-ascorbic acid vitamin c and it does a lot though it is not just a vitamin c serum so i will get into that in a minute but there are two different types of vitamin c that i personally like to use l-ascorbic acid is one and then the other one that i’m going to share with you guys is a tetrahex decal ascorbate which i’m going to just say thd because it’s just way easier so those are the two different forms of vitamin c that i personally use and each one of these products i’m talking about today has one of those forms and the osmosis one is your ascorbic acid so like i was saying this is not just your typical vitamin c serum this is a repairing serum at the same time this truly repairs damage to the skin it gets into your cells if you have sun damage it’s going to help to repair that if you have melasma it’s going to help with that it helps with scarring like acne scars or any type of scarring also going to help with the tone and texture of your skin but it’s also giving you that antioxidant protection at the same time so it really brightens the skin it helps to you know fight off free radicals that are aging your skin every day it does everything oh i talked about this in my other skincare routine too it really helps with broken capillaries because that is a form of damage under the skin as well so not only is this an antioxidant that’s super powerful super potent but it really truly repairs damage to the skin which is going to in turn give you more healthier looking skin more even toned skin and just younger skin in general this literally is kind of magic in a bottle if you want to say i love this i’ve used this for years and it’s amazing so i love this for vitamin c plus all those other benefits you get at the same time oh and i almost forgot to mention this can also be used on the eyelids so if you’re looking for something to really tone and firm up the eyelids a little of this serum just kind of was not really massaged into your eyelid but you kind of massage it onto your eyelid a little bit you know obviously gently this will tone and firm your eyelids now sticking with the l-ascorbic acids i will talk about these two next and these are by is clinical and is clinical has some amazing skincare products as well we will talk about this one first this is the one for your face this is one for your eyes but i will talk about the face one first this is the is clinical the super serum advance this is a 15 ascorbic acid as well this one comes in a dropper form like so this c serum has some really great ingredients as well like i said it is a fifteen percent ascorbic acid is very super potent the formula that they do is great this also has copper peptides which are going to help with anti-aging and lines and wrinkles they also put in our butin and a couple other natural brighteners so you’re going to really notice that sun damage fades away as well as just helping to brighten up you know like the overall look of your skin at the same time so i love that they put in the l-ascorbic acid plus the copper peptides is huge and then natural brighteners so it’s all around just an amazing formula and it works as well protects your skin amazingly and you will definitely see results which is overall brightening of the skin too and then like i was saying this one right here is the is clinical the ci serum advance this one is for the under eye area and this is so amazing so beneficial to use a vitamin c under the eyes because again we are being attacked by free radicals every single day that age our skin and that’s what antioxidants and vitamin c’s do they really protect our skin from all those environmental aggressors so protecting your under eye with the vitamin c is very beneficial because the under eye is so delicate and is more prone to faster aging anyway we really want to be using a really great you know product that has vitamin c in it around the under eye so this one is great because you can’t take a 15 l ascorbic acid meant for your face and apply it to the under eye area it’s too potent it’s actually going to be too harsh for the under eye area the one that is made for the under eye this is like a 7.
5 percent l-ascorbic acid actually made to be the perfect amount that is able to be tolerated on the under eye area super effective this will help reduce dark circles if you have dark circles under your eye i can tell you that this product really really works what i do and what i was actually just talking about on my instagram i actually like to take this during the day dab it under my eyes and then i apply my eye cream over it so you can use just this alone or once this soaks in because this is a serum as well once this soaks into the under eye you can apply your normal eye cream on top this one also has the copper tripeptides as well so that’s gonna be really great for the lines and wrinkles around your eyes as well and then it also has hyaluronic acid in it too so a great hydrating property too so i love this for the eyes it is amazing like i said dark circles this truly truly helps now let’s move on to the rest of my products now the rest of these products have the thd that is the form of vitamin c that i’m going to be talking about next so i’ll talk about this one first it’s the revision the c plus correcting complex 30 this is one of the newer products to revision and i love this i have been using this i’ve been talking about this since it came out thd is a actually more stable form of vitamin c and it’s actually really great for more sensitive skin too so if you have a sensitivity to ascorbic acid which there’s actually a lot of people that do thd that form of vitamin c is way more tolerable it does the same thing with promoting collagen and elastin in the skin so the thd ascorbate is a really great option if you are looking for something that truly gives your skin amazing results but is more gentle on the skin if you have a rosacea this is a great option for you because i know a lot of people with rosacea cannot use l-ascorbic acid on their skin it’s just too too harsh on their skin so a thd ascorbate is perfect for you also if you just have you know like acne issues and just anything that’s like inflaming your skin thd ascorbate is going to be the way to go so like i was saying this revision one is their newer one of their newer products this has an antioxidant blend in it has multiple different antioxidants but then it does have 30 of your thd ascorbates and then also has some hydrating and vitamin e properties in it it is a great formula this feels so good on the skin i am almost out of it but this one comes out in a pump and it’s kind of like it’s like a mix between it’s like a it’s like a serum i want to say when you massage it into your skin it will massage in and you can see it’s left with nothing it’s not like a lotion type product this is more like a serum and it is amazing it makes your skin feel amazing it makes your skin feel soft this also has brighteners in it too so i have seen results of people who use this and sun damage goes away again and just an overall brightening of their skin this revision product is awesome i love it i love it and again this has the thd ascorbates which i love so talking about the thd ascorbate you guys have all heard me talk about this for ever now since this since i discovered this line i don’t even know how long ago this is the truth treatments line and this is ben fuchs line this is all about the thd ascorbate this is his vitamin c serum this has like 80 thd ascorbates you cannot find that in any product anywhere this product comes out in a dropper as well this is clear you can see now i will say this is more of your oil soluble type of vitamin c so what i love to do and this is why he came out with this his biometric mineral mist you take a little bit of this you just need the tiniest amount of this vitamin c you spray the mist onto it and then massage it into your skin that way and it really really helps to take the vitamin c and just really push it into the skin further and you’re not going to be left with any tackiness on your skin or anything like i said a little bit of this goes a long way if you use too much you will know it because it just kind of feels like there’s something on your skin if you’re using the right amount it just melts seamlessly into your skin so you cannot beat the amount of vitamin c in this and it plumps the skin like crazy that is one thing i’ve noticed with his vitamin c’s as well is it plumps it gives your skin a glow also this really helps with scarring as well his vitamin c is if you put it on a cut or a scar it reduces the scar so quickly and it heals cuts all of that it’s a very active vitamin c so i love this i use this one during the day all the time this is what i use oh my gosh almost every single night this is what i use i use my vitamin a and then i take my truth treatments transdermal c balm which is again like 70 percent thd ascorbate this one comes out like this though so this is very hydrating and it’s amazing for night time you’re going to wake up with the most insane plump skin but you’re also getting that vitamin c that is giving you that collagen and elastin and just really boosting the anti-aging of your skin and this just has those extra hydrating properties which just makes it a perfect overnight kind of like repairing skincare products i love this stuff so much like i said i’ve used this every single night for a long time with my other vitamin a and you know my nighttime routine and i can’t even tell you the difference that this makes in your skin when you wake up you will see a difference so i love that one for night time like i said this still has like 70 of your vitamin c plus amazing hydrating properties and your skin will just be so plump and just amazing in the morning so that’s a great nighttime one and then another option if you’re looking for another thd ascorbate option this is the sunitas the vitus c serum and sunita’s is actually ben fuchs first skincare brand i know a lot of people don’t really know that but before he started truth treatments he actually was the formulator behind sanitas so this c serum is amazing as well this has 30 thd ascorbates so along the same lines as the revision this formula is also loaded with essential fatty acids as well which are going to really help to anti-age the skin brighten the skin and really hydrate the skin this one too comes out like this and it’s clear again and it feels very very similar to the truth treatment c serum so if you’re looking for something similar to this um just maybe a little bit less expensive this formula is very very good very similar you just don’t get the potency of the truth treatment like the truth treatment c serum is like 80 vitamin c so those are all my favorite vitamin c products i have tried so many different vitamin c’s over my years in skincare here and i can tell you that these are all my absolute favorites i have used all of these for years they truly give results they truly are so beneficial for your
