Anti-Aging, Face Lifting Massage (Without Oil &Touching Skin) for Saggy Face, Look 10 Years Younger
Hello everyone! Welcome to my channel. This video is a facial massage for anti-aging. You want to make your look younger, you want to lift up. If you think so, let’s join us! Even if you are young, I will do this exercise together for you in the future.
Let’s get started. Step 1. First, let’s massage the Frontalis muscle. Use the pad of your finger to gently loosen this Frontalis muscle in a circular motion. By loosening this, you can improve the wrinkles around your forehead and eyes.
Please massage gently and carefully. This massage will lift you up and make you look younger. Let’s massage with me until the end. Let’s massage the temporal muscle from here. Gently massage your temples up with the temporal muscle of your finger.
Let’s do it slowly and politely. The temporal muscle, corners of the mouth, and around the cheeks are all connected. Loosening and softening these is effective for lifting up the entire face. Let’s lift it up slowly and carefully.
Step 3. Next is a temporal muscle massage. Now, let’s loosen the temporal muscle so as to draw a circle using the belly of the finger. You can improve headaches and stress by softening your temporal muscle.
Those who use their heads often tend to have stiff temporal muscle. Let’s soften here firmly and relieve your stress. Doing this before you go to sleep is recommended as it will greatly improve your sleep quality.
Now place your palm on your temporal muscle and gently push towards the center. Give more stimulation to the softened temporal muscle. But gently slowly, and now let’s touch the temporal muscle to lift on.
Let’s lift up slowly and carefully. By doing this you can lift up your cheeks and corners of your eyes. Now massage the Occipitalis muscle. Let’s loosen this Occipitalis muscle with your second joint.
Gently loosen here in a circular motion. The area around the forehead and the Occipitalis muscle muscles are all connected. Loosening here is effective in improving wrinkles and sagging on your forehead and eyes.
Please loosen it slowly and carefully. Now let’s lift the same Occipitalis muscle with your thumb and loosen it. Do this slowly and politely. Massage with the image of lifting your head up. By the way, I also have a sub-channel, so please subscribe to it.
Step 7. This is an ear massage. Use the belly of your thumb to loosen it outwards. There are many acupoints around our ears that are effective in preventing aging. So by gently and overall loosening here, you will look 10 years younger.
This is a very pleasant massage. Let’s relax. Now let’s do the same on the other side. Use the pad of your finger to gently loosen this area for 40 seconds. Please relax. Let’s massage while repeating slow and deep breathing.
Now pull your ears diagonally upwards with both thumbs and forefingers. Everything is connected from the ear to the chin. If you pull here your face line will be beautiful. Do you feel like something is pulling your chin? If so, it’s a success.
Now attach your palm to your temporal muscle. Tilt your face to the side. Please be comfortably lift up your temporal muscle. Then your face line will be pulled up. And your corners of the mouth and corners of the eyes will also rise.
Feel the sides of your neck stretch. Be careful not to lean sideways. Do the same for the other side. If you are concerned about the balance between the left and right sides of your face, please do this.
Now stretch the front side of your neck. Tilt your face diagonally back and lift your chin up. Stretching the front of your neck will clean your face line. And you can improve your double chin. Do the same on the other side.
Place your hands on the collarbone. Pull with your chin and hands. You can improve the slack around your chin by stretching it comfortably. How was this video? You look younger. Your skin will be clean.
I will teach you four ways you can achieve them. First, drink water after or before the massage. Drinking water can promote your blood circulation. So please drink warm water or normal temperature water.
