10 TIMES ANTI-AGING RESULTS! MAXIMIZE RED LIGHT LED THERAPY!
Hi everyone this is Anne, today I have a great tip for you on how to get 10 times faster anti-aging results using your red light therapy device and also a tip on what to avoid after using your red light therapy device.

A couple of interesting facts about red LED light therapy is NASA scientists we’re the ones who discovered that red light therapy can heal wounds, repair and regenerate the skin and then the Skin Cancer Foundation recommends LED light therapy to reverse sun damaged skin.
Red light therapy goes deep into the skin, it helps to build collagen, elastin it can also help with rosacea, eczema, psoriasis, it can help heal wounds faster and it can even help with hair loss. The red light therapy device that I use is a full face panel and it does open all the way up so that you can treat your face and your neck at once or any areas of your body or even your scalp and it has three different settings the first setting is for anti aging the skin it has amber, red and infrared lights and then the second setting is for treating acne and that has blue lights and then the third setting has all the lights and that’s for anti aging oily skin.
I like to use the first setting because I have normal to dry skin so I just need the anti aging portion of it. Not all of the devices have all three of those settings that my device has, so just look for the device that has the setting that you’re going to use most whether it be for acne you’ll want the blue light or if you are looking for anti-aging skin look for red, amber and infrared lights.
There was a study done that proved that you can get accelerated skin rejuvenation results if you apply green tea topically to the skin for 20 minutes before you use your red light therapy device and in this study the results showed that you can get rejuvenated skin, reduced wrinkles, a more youthful complexion that normally would take 10 months with red light therapy alone to achieve, only took 1 month with applying green tea and using your red light therapy combination, so it is 10 times faster results if you use green tea before your red light therapy device! I’ll link that study down beneath this video in case you want to go on and read it for yourself, but what they did is they had participants brew green tea and then saturate cotton pads and then apply the cotton pads that were saturated with the green tea to their clean skin for 20 minutes before they used their red light therapy device.
I like to use organic green tea and I like mine strong so I use two teabags and then either a small bowl or a large cup at nighttime is when I like to use my red light therapy, but you can use red light therapy any time during the day you just want to have clean skin, so remove all over your makeup before you do this and then I like to lay down in bed and apply my saturated cotton pads.
I do squeeze them out so they’re not dripping wet, but I leave them saturated enough that they really soak the skin with the green tea. I used about four large cotton pads and one small round cotton pad that I cut in half so that I can apply these underneath my eye area and then the large pads I apply to my forehead, around my mouth and on my neck.
I leave my green tea saturated cotton pads on my skin for about 20 minutes and then I remove them at that point I put on my relaxation goggles, I also put on some nice relaxing music and then I treat my face and my neck with my device.
My device only takes 8 minutes to treat both my face and my neck at once and if you really don’t like the idea of having saturated cotton pads on your skin, if you find that too difficult, you could use a green tea essence product and I’ll link this one below it’s my very favorite one.
This is a little bit easier to use you just apply it to your skin and then let it soak in for a few minutes before you use your red light therapy device. Different devices do have different time limits for their treatments so be sure to read the instructions on your particular device so that you’re treating your skin for a long enough time.
My tip on what to avoid after your red light therapy treatment is a big one, so it’s very important not to apply a vitamin A derived product right after using your red light therapy device. This would include any retin-a, tretinoin, retinols or retinaldehyde products –you just want to wait for 10 minutes after you finished your red light therapy before you apply any vitamin A derived product otherwise they can leave little red polka dots that might take a couple weeks to go away, so when I’m done using my red light therapy device I just wait 10 minutes and then I go ahead and apply any nighttime skin care products that I want to apply at that point and then just go to bed because I do use my red light therapy treatments at nighttime.
All skin types can use red light therapy, there’s absolutely no downtime with it, it’s a very relaxing treatment and it’s great for anti-aging the skin! I have lots of other anti-aging videos that you might be interested in and it’s super easy to search my channel for any given topic.
